One.

Let's have a conversation first.  We can make sure we're a good fit, check the date and book the coverage you need for your event.

Two.

Once the date is solidified, the deposit is due to save the date.  The deposit covers the minimum hourly requirements.  Then we cover the details of coverage you would like.

Three.

I like to start by learning the objective of your event. It helps me to understand your audience and that, in turn, guides me to what type of images to capture.  We create shot list based on your requirements and discuss the timeline of the event to insure which shots are a priority.

Four.

By now, we've drafted a shoot plan and have a timeline to follow.  I photograph the event, do some light editing and send you the best images in both high resolution (for printing) and social media size so that you can maximize your content for marketing.
